Just a quick note to say the site has undergone a minor upgrade to version 2008.5 of the Community Server system that we use. There are a few new bits around that we are still getting to grips with, so please bare with us :)

Further to this if anybody has any goalkeepers they would like featured in the Wiki or gloves they think should feature in the Glove Hall of Fame, then please send me a private message with the text and if possible pictures and I will add them. Cheers
does the application to have a certain glove entered in the Glove Hall of Fame need to appear before a Review Board or can we all just request for a glove to be added there ?
or is there a vote needed before it can be entered there ? Otherwise it could end up with a glove which perhaps only one of us really really likes ?
And will there only room for regular retail gloves or also SMU's somebody got hold off ?

All good questions Davey and only a couple I had thought about.
A glove will need to be nominated and then voted on by TGB members to get into the "Hall". It is the only way it would work. If the "Yes" vote is more than say 75% then it will be entered. How does that sound?
I like it!!! Just a simple yes no vote, or should we have a 'class" of nominees to choose from?

Start a new post in the "Equipment Chat" section with the subject heading "Hall of Fame Nomination - XXXXXXXX" where XXXXXXXX is the name of the glove. Include the following information (if known) ...

Manufacturer:
Year First Made:
Glove Cut:
Description:
Reason for Nomination:
Picture:
Also include a voting poll, "Should the XXXXXX be inducted into the Glove Hall of Fame" with simple Yes and No options.
