Boy....I don't have a picture of all my gloves together. And honestly I don't wanna take on now;because I'm going towards midnight here,so I'll just give out a link to my MySpace. I have made up an album for my current gloves only. Shame I didn't kept my old ones,or at least took pics. But from now on I'll take pictures of all gloves I get and add them to the others. Surely funny how big the gallery might be in 2 or 3 years Wink

I did use some of them. Mainly the Aquasoft Chimera, the Response and the Puma.  But I alternate with my gloves depending on weather and surface,so some have been used 1 time while others were used 4,5 times. But it's as always....Take care of your gloves and they last longer  Wink

But I collect too,so...yeah,few haven't been used.Yet. You can't have enough gloves Cool

They go in the washing machine together with the rest of my kit after each training or game. Mild detergent and medium temperature... My mom does a great job on them Yes

hey lads,

i was looking through this and was amazed to see how many gloves some of you have! I have one huge question, Why do you need that many?? Haha

I normally go through 4-6 a season not including gloves i use for training but they are gloves that had just been put into game retirement.

I'm currently wearing, Sells d3o contours and Uhlsport Absolutgrip Ergonomic Supportframe II.

Also, how do you keep your gloves so clean? I wash them regularly with warm water but they still remain quite dirty.

 Cheers

 Ryan

I don't have that many gloves, really. I had been not playing for years, so when I started again, I wanted to try all the new models and technologies that were available. I have settled on the Sells Comfort Contour NC, so that's all I'll be buying in future.

Unless I see something else I like. Stick out tongue

Ryan, this board is a den of latex addicts. Many members have G.A.S. (Glove Acquisition Syndrome.) They cannot resist the temptation to purchase new gloves although they don't need them. It is a complicated and misunderstood disease for which there is no cure. Many a member has fallen prey to this insidious condition, I myself have struggled to keep my GAS under control. ;)

i could understand if you wanted to try what all the gloves feel/perform like, definetly something i'd like to do, you never know you may find a glove that you love and would never of thought of buying.

Unfortunately being only 16 I don't have the money to do this, even if i did i couldn't see myself spending alot of money on a numerous amount of gloves.

I think we all struggle with our gas shotblocker :D

The G.A.S syndrome also has another less well documented name, Girlfriend Angry Syndrome of which I am a frequent sufferer.

Anyway, heres my gloves!!

nice collection you got there, just wondered what SLC and SJS was? I thought it may have been your initials but then saw you had Paul A on one pair

Don't worry mate, there are alot of people in your shoes. Just enjoy the gloves that you have. Sometimes quantity is not what things are all about and quality is just as satisfying.

I agree Jimmy, I would much rather pay £50 on a excellent pair of gloves that will last me a while rather then spend £10 on 5 different pairs of gloves which will last a few games and have no good attributes
