 Hello everyone,

A friend of mine contracted a staff of coaches from the Netherlands to a 1 v 1 skills camp. The staff is from PSV and he did well with it for 3 days only.

I am looking to try to get Simon Smith, Maarten Arts or David Coles, just some body to do a a similar camp here for next summer of '09. At the same time I might even have them do a coaching course for keepers as well, too early to say but the camp most definetly. Can anybody tell me who would be better or what can do or who to talk to,Smile

Having seen Simon Smith in action last year I'd recommend him or David Coles. Jimmy should be able to help you get in contact with him. Another coach to consider is Eric Steele who we also saw in action with the Ninja's last year. He has travelled to Australia before so I think he would go to the US. Also the gk coaches at Rangers mentioned they did coaching tours in the States, so more options there. Again Jimmy will know how to help (hope you don't mind me offering your services mateHuh?).

 Hello,

I have heard that there is a coach called Pat Mountain, who has worked with  Eric Steele, Simon Smith and David Coles, I have been told that he is both an excellent coach and coach educator, I believe he currently coaches at Cheltenham and Hereford, he also works for the English FA on a part time basis.

I am an ex pro of 13 years and played in nearly 250 first team games for six different clubs in England. I also have experience of working in the USA as I travelled over between 1990 and 2000 to coach keepers at many colleges, universities and clubs. I would be interested in coming over next summer if I am available when you are looking to set up the camps and courses. If you are interested in what I have to offer then please contact me via e-mail: insafehands@ukonline.co.uk or on 07711 724090. All the best. Tony..........

Joe and others who are looking for coaches to work with them ....

Gene and I spent two days with Tony and Billy Stewart at Liverpools Academy during our UK Goalkeeper Tour last year. It was a fantastic two days and (as you would expect) both Tony and Billy were excellent and very knowledgable. The GK's and coaches learnt a great deal from them and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for some goalkeeper coaching. Cheers
