Has anyone had any experience with this? What is it supposed to do? The only that comes to mind is that you're supposed to fcus on the numbers on the panels as the ball is flying at you.

I know Joezzza has one of these, & I am debating bringing some of these into BTS.
Never seen or used this one.... Derbystar put out a weighted Ball, and a reflex ball...
Whats with all the numbers?

As I (and others) said in this post, I think there are number of ways to get the Goalkkeepers to focus on the ball.
My friend went to a Tony DiCicco coaching clinic and he uses these, he uses them to keep the keepers focused as you say, DiCicco will do drills and make the keepers catch the ball and rotate it so the # is right side up then they keeper will have to yell the # out. I think i am going to try it with my highschool keepers this spring and see how they like it.
what's the point of that? it doesn't matter which way up i catch the ball, as long as i use the correct technique.

I know that is what i said and he said that it was keep them more focused and to get comfortable with the ball in their hands.
